Meet Fikiri!!

Lost in the Flatirons, with predatory cats and wolves!

Fikiri is 3 years old. When she was 1 year old she got lost in the Boulder Colorado Flatirons, known for hikers spotting predatory cats and wolves! She was lost for 3 days with a leash on. She was found by the local middle schoolers. When we found her she had thorns and burns all over her body. She had big scrapes on the back of her legs and was very tired and thirsty.

Ever since then she is a little bit different. She is more skittish and more scared than she was when we first got her.

She is the sweetest girl ever and is doing amazing at home but in the community she is nervous when she sees men or any other animal. Although she looks scary at those times, we have learned that she is terrified.
