Basilla is a 2-year-old Lab with Seizures! She loves to run around the backyard with her friend Callie. She also tries to be friends with their cat Jupiter which sometimes works and other times does not work so well. She loves to act like a cat and sleep on the back of the couch. Basilla’s favorite things are to be with her family and snuggle in their laps on the couch. She can catch treats and toys that you toss her, and she can shake with both paws. She also loves to chase the lights that you play with your cat with.
She started having seizures 5 months ago and her family has no idea why. They have not noticed any warning signs, but when she has a seizure, they last anywhere from a few seconds to more than a minute. When she comes out of it, she is very groggy at first but then she is fine and acts like nothing has happened. Since she started having seizures, she has become a lot sweeter and docile.
